PayLess Mobile Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of wireless services, SIM cards, eSIMs, and related products and services provided by PayLess Mobile (“PayLess Mobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, activating, or using PayLess Mobile service, you agree to these Terms.

1. PayLess Mobile Service

PayLess Mobile provides prepaid wireless telecommunications services. Service availability, coverage, speeds, features, and network performance may vary based on location, device, network conditions, congestion, signal strength, building construction, terrain, weather, maintenance, and other factors outside our control.

Coverage maps and coverage information are estimates and do not guarantee service at any particular location.

PayLess Mobile uses a nationwide third-party wireless network to provide service. PayLess Mobile is an independent wireless service provider and is not responsible for network conditions or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

2. Eligibility and Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with PayLess Mobile service and is unlocked or otherwise eligible for activation.

A device that is reported lost or stolen, blocked, financed with another carrier, carrier-locked, incompatible with the network, or otherwise restricted may not be eligible for service.

Compatibility checks are intended to assist customers but do not guarantee that every device feature will function in every location or under every network condition.

3. SIM Cards and eSIMs

Service may be provided through a physical SIM card or an eSIM, depending on your device and the service purchased.

SIM cards and eSIM credentials are intended only for the account and device for which they are activated. You are responsible for protecting SIM cards, QR codes, activation credentials, account passwords, PINs, and other account information from unauthorized use.

Once a SIM card or eSIM has been successfully activated, applicable activation and service charges are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Activation

Customers must provide accurate information during activation. Additional information may be required when transferring an existing telephone number.

Activation times may vary. Although many activations are completed quickly, PayLess Mobile does not guarantee activation or number-transfer completion within a specific period.

A one-time activation fee may apply and will be disclosed before purchase or activation. Once activation has been completed, activation fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Prepaid Service and Billing

PayLess Mobile service is prepaid. Charges for the applicable service period are collected before service is provided.

Plan pricing, included high-speed data, hotspot availability, features, and other plan-specific terms are disclosed at the time of purchase and may vary by plan.

There are no refunds or credits for unused portions of a prepaid service period after service has been activated, except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

Taxes, government assessments, regulatory charges, or other applicable charges may be added where required.

6. Automatic Renewal

If you enroll in automatic or recurring billing, you authorize PayLess Mobile and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for each renewal until you cancel recurring billing.

You may cancel future recurring payments before your next renewal date by contacting PayLess Mobile customer support or through any account-management option made available to you.

Canceling automatic renewal prevents future renewal charges but does not normally provide a refund for a service period that has already begun.

7. Data Usage and Network Management

Plans may include a specified amount of high-speed data during each service period. After the applicable high-speed data allowance has been used, data speeds may be reduced according to the terms of the plan purchased.

Actual speeds are not guaranteed and may vary depending on network availability, congestion, device capabilities, location, and other conditions.

Network management practices may be applied by the underlying network provider, including during periods of congestion.

8. Mobile Hotspot

Mobile hotspot or tethering may be available on eligible plans and compatible devices. Hotspot usage may count toward the plan's applicable data allowance and may be subject to additional network-management limitations.

9. Telephone Numbers and Number Transfers

Customers may receive a new telephone number or request to transfer an eligible existing telephone number to PayLess Mobile.

When transferring a number to PayLess Mobile, you must provide accurate account information from your previous carrier, which may include your account number, transfer PIN, ZIP code, and other verification information.

Do not cancel service with your previous carrier before your number transfer to PayLess Mobile is completed.

Likewise, if you wish to transfer your PayLess Mobile number to another carrier, do not cancel your PayLess Mobile service before the transfer has been completed. Canceling service prematurely may result in loss of the telephone number.

A successful transfer of a PayLess Mobile telephone number to another carrier will generally terminate service associated with that number.

Telephone numbers are not owned by customers, and continued availability of a particular number cannot be guaranteed except as provided by applicable telecommunications regulations.

10. Emergency Services and 911

Compatible devices with active wireless service may be used to contact 911 where network service is available.

Wireless 911 service is subject to network availability and technical limitations. Emergency responders may not automatically receive your exact location in every circumstance.

During network outages, loss of signal, device failure, depleted battery, SIM or eSIM problems, or other service interruptions, wireless calling—including calls to 911—may be unavailable.

Customers should not rely exclusively on PayLess Mobile wireless service as their only means of obtaining emergency assistance.

11. Acceptable Use

PayLess Mobile service is intended for lawful personal or business communications consistent with the plan purchased.

You may not use the service for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, harassing, threatening, deceptive, or unauthorized activities; interfere with the network or other customers; manipulate caller identification information unlawfully; send unlawful spam or bulk communications; resell service without authorization; or use the service in any manner prohibited by applicable law or network requirements.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, nonpayment, unlawful activity, security threats, network harm, or material violations of these Terms.

12. Service Interruptions

Wireless service may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable due to maintenance, network upgrades, equipment failures, congestion, emergencies, natural disasters, power failures, third-party network issues, or other circumstances.

PayLess Mobile does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

If a significant service issue is directly attributable to PayLess Mobile, customers should contact customer support so that we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

13. Lost or Stolen Devices

If your device or SIM card is lost or stolen, contact PayLess Mobile as soon as possible.

You remain responsible for activity associated with your account until the loss or unauthorized activity is reported and appropriate action can reasonably be taken.

14. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds, cancellations, activation fees, SIM cards, eSIMs, and prepaid service charges are governed by the PayLess Mobile Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

In general, service charges for an activated prepaid service period are non-refundable and non-prorated except where otherwise stated in those policies or required by law.

15. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, transferring a number, or activating service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

16. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

PayLess Mobile may review, delay, cancel, or request additional verification for orders or activations that reasonably appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or unusually high-risk.

Providing false information, using an unauthorized payment method, or attempting to obtain service through fraud may result in cancellation or suspension of service.

17. Changes to Plans and Terms

PayLess Mobile may modify plans, pricing, features, these Terms, or other service conditions from time to time, subject to applicable law.

Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated when legally required. The version of these Terms posted on our website will identify the date it was last updated.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PayLess Mobile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including lost communications, lost data, missed calls, business losses, or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Privacy

Your use of PayLess Mobile services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Information collected in connection with your account, orders, activations, and use of our services will be handled as described in that policy and in accordance with applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the state in which PayLess Mobile is established, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
